Background
Real estate was never going to be a detour for Hayden Colson — it was always the destination.
Growing up watching his father build homes from the ground up, Hayden developed an early fascination with what property represents: not just architecture and land, but the decisions, relationships, and ambition behind every transaction.
Before becoming a full-time agent, Hayden spent years in hospitality and ran a marketing agency focused on brand building and client acquisition. When he entered real estate in 2018, he spent several years on the other side of the business — helping agents and brokers build their digital presence, deploy SEO strategies, run lead generation campaigns, and build prospecting systems. He learned, from the inside, exactly what separates the agents who perform from the ones who don’t.
In 2025 he made it official — bringing everything he’d built across hospitality, marketing, and real estate into a single, focused practice on the Westside of Los Angeles.
“Most agents wait. Hayden hunts.”
For buyers, that means actively reaching out to homeowners, working his network of agent relationships, and surfacing off-market inventory that never reaches a search portal. For sellers, it means deploying the full toolkit — traditional, digital, and social marketing — built around the story of what makes your property singular.
The result is representation that works harder, moves faster, and genuinely cares about your outcome.
Good real estate representation should feel like working with a trusted friend who happens to know the market better than anyone in the room. That’s the standard Hayden holds himself to.
